A session on the abdomen
You lie down and the large applicator is strapped over the stomach for 30 minutes. Electromagnetic pulses make the abdominal muscles contract far more times than a workout could, while radiofrequency heats the fat layer over them to the point at which fat cells break down. It feels like an intense workout with a warm pad on it, and you walk out and carry on with your day. Expect the muscles to ache for a day or two, much as they would after a hard session of sit-ups.

Whether it fits you
A soft layer over a slack muscle is what EMsculpt NEO changes: a stomach after children, after weight loss or with age, in someone who trains or wants to. In our experience the best results come at a body mass index under about 30.
