A session on the arms
A small applicator is strapped over the back of each upper arm. Electromagnetic pulses contract the triceps in strong, rapid bursts while radiofrequency heats the fat layer over it, and the biceps at the front can be treated in the same way. Over the following weeks the muscle builds and the fat clears, so the arm firms and the soft layer at the back reduces. The arms are sore for a day or two afterwards, as after a hard session.

Whether it fits you
