A session on the thighs
An applicator is strapped over the chosen surface of each thigh. Electromagnetic pulses contract the muscle beneath, the quadriceps at the front, the hamstrings at the back, the adductors on the inside, while radiofrequency heats the fat layer over it. Over the following weeks the fat clears and the muscle builds, so the inner thighs slim and firm and the other surfaces tone. The legs are sore for a day or two afterwards, as after a hard leg day.

Whether it fits you
Inner thighs that touch, soft outer thighs, or a front or back of the thigh that has lost tone,, with the best results in our experience at a body mass index under about 30. A thick, pinchable layer on the outer thigh is also a fat-freezing question, which we treat, and Dr Marie Duggan, GMC 7488383, says at the free consultation which fits or whether both do.
