A session on the calves
A small applicator is strapped over the back of each lower leg. Electromagnetic pulses contract the gastrocnemius and the soleus beneath it in strong, rapid bursts for the whole session, thousands of contractions that no set of calf raises gives the muscle. In our experience the muscle builds over the weeks after the course and the lower leg looks more defined. The calves are sore for a day or two afterwards, as after a long run.
The figures
The calf clearance is for muscle toning, and we found no published calf study, so we quote none.
