A session on the shoulders
A small applicator is strapped over the point of each shoulder. Electromagnetic pulses contract the deltoid in strong, rapid bursts for the whole session, more contractions than any set of lateral raises gives it. In our experience the deltoid builds over the weeks after the course, giving a rounder cap to the shoulder and a firmer line down to the arm. On the shoulder the goal is muscle, since the fat clearances name other areas. The shoulders are sore for a day or two afterwards.
The figures
No published series has measured the shoulders and no clearance names them, so we quote no shoulder figure. The muscle response measured on the arms, the triceps 24% thicker on MRI at three months in a 2023 study, stands for the mechanism and not as a promise for the shoulder.
